If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Tegaltoto support immediately via live chat or email. Tegaltoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard your credentials.
Tegaltoto may, at its sole discretion, lock or suspend an account if it detects unusual activity, suspected fraud, or security concerns, pending investigation. We will endeavour to notify you of any such action as soon as reasonably practicable.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Tegaltoto does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is RM50. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however, certain payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Tegaltoto offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this clause and any additional terms specific to each promotion.
Standard Wagering Requirement: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses carry a 20× wagering requirement. For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total wagers before any portion of the bonus or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
Bonus Cap: The maximum bonus receivable under the standard welcome promotion is MYR 2,880 per eligible new player. Tegaltoto reserves the right to vary this cap for subsequent promotions.
Eligible Games: Bonus funds may be wagered on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion. Certain games — including live dealer tables, specific jackpot games, and sports betting markets — may be excluded from or count at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be claimed within 14 days of issue and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
General Conditions: Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new player. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted. Tegaltoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the Tegaltoto platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, random, and not influenced by previous rounds, account status, or any external factor.
Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages computed across millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee any specific outcome in individual sessions. Players acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of financial loss associated with gameplay.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that results in an ambiguous or interrupted outcome, Tegaltoto reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Tegaltoto does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to participate in gameplay or sports betting. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all pending winnings forfeited.

Market availability, odds, and betting limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or recognised official source immediately following the completion of the event. Tegaltoto reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation where results are disputed or under review.
Void Bets: Tegaltoto reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the event did not take place as scheduled; (b) the odds were published in error; (c) evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or other suspicious activity is identified; or (d) a technical error affected the integrity of the odds or market.
Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation. Tegaltoto does not guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market. Bets accepted in error at incorrect in-play odds may be voided at Tegaltoto's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tegaltoto platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Tegaltoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
Upon termination of an account for cause, Tegaltoto reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that account. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to breach of these Terms (e.g., player-initiated closure), any Real Money Funds remaining in the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tegaltoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity, loss of profits, or data loss.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While Tegaltoto endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.
Tegaltoto's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
